User guide

Build a lyric video from the first beat to final export.

This guide explains the native macOS workflow so creators understand the module before downloading.

1. Create a project

Start a project with a song file, artist name, optional lyrics, visual direction, aspect ratio, and references. The module stores the project locally so abandoned work can be reopened later.

2. Time the lyrics

Lyrics are aligned to the vocal performance. You can correct line, phrase, and word timing before generating the final video. Timing is treated as the foundation of quality, not a final polish step.

3. Plan the visual world

The module sends creative direction, transcript, duration, artist context, and reference image URLs to fal.ai for storyboard planning. The planner chooses each lyric chunk, the exact rendered text for that chunk, and the physical surface where the text belongs. The goal is a coherent world: characters, locations, colors, symbols, lyric surfaces, and emotional beats should survive across scenes.

4. Generate and review frames

Frames are generated scene by scene with the lyric text already embedded inside the image. Review spelling, placement, readability, character consistency, and emotional fit. Regenerate only the weak frames, revise prompts, adjust style presets, or replace a scene with your own artwork before motion is created.

5. Add local DepthFlow motion

DepthFlow runs locally on your Mac to create parallax clips from still frames. Use conservative motion strength for vocal-led videos, stronger movement for hooks, and per-scene adjustments when a frame needs a different camera feel.

6. Direct in-scene typography

Lyrics are not added later as a default subtitle layer. They are generated into physical surfaces such as signs, mirrors, paper, cassette labels, road paint, gravestones, or clothing. Advanced controls guide the requested text surface, readability, visual style, and regeneration target.

7. Preview, revise, and export

Preview the full video with original audio attached. Regenerate scenes, edit timing, adjust depth, revise text, and export once the video feels release-ready.
